VACUUM BREAKER VALVE

NST-VK Vacuum breaker valve prevents the vacuum that happens in process equipments and pipe-lines and discharges condensate out of pipe-line. Precisely machined steel ball provides full sealing during the normal operation. Steam begins to condense by the effect of pressure drop. The ball stays on the seat till the pressure on the top of the ball becomes more than the inlet pressure. The ball gets off the seat at the point of vacuum. Vacuum is prevented by the means of the air that enters from the top. They are suitable to use in flat irons, drying units, pressing units, steam jacketed pipes .
